Employees of the Quarter

Employee of the Quarter Nominations

Employee Nominated: Paul Johnson
Bell Helicopter Executive Desktop Support

Community Matters to Paul. Some people know that Paul has dedicated his life to physical fitness training.  He has competed in the Armed Forces Eco Challenge twice, and also trained his daughter, Erin, for the 2004 US Paralympics.

However, these past few years, Paul has focused his personal time to improving not only the speed and endurance children, but also the confidence and determination.  You see, Paul is a coach for SWAA, Southwest Wheelchair Athletic Association, and his job as a coach is to train young children between the ages of 8 through 15 in track and field events.   His job far exceeds the track and field season, as he dedicates his time year round to improving his team’s performance, conducting fund-raising events for their travel costs, but overall is a mentor and support for these children.   He takes personal time from work, and personal financial investments to travel with his team to qualifying and national events.

I applaud Paul for his service to his community.  I am confident that his team members and parents appreciate the continual support that he has provided.   And I am sure that the self-esteem that Paul has built within these children is beyond measure.

Employee Nominated: Pam Rife
Miamisburg Human Resources

People Matter to Pam: Pam is a people person; she is always cheerful and smiling. She has willingly taken on new responsibilities as asked and wears many hats in the Miamisburg office.

Customers matter to Pam; she is involved in not only HR matters from time to time but is now more involved in delivery of services and invoicing to our customers.

Principles matter to Pam: Pam always does the right thing at the right time for any reason. She is loyal and caring. She goes above and beyond what is asked of her, never asking ‘what is in it for me?’.

Community Matters to Pam: Pam is responsible for much of the planning of community events and office events in Miamisburg. She constantly works to improve moral and bring all the teams together.

Pam has had much personal growth over the last year. She was involved in many HR related activities that were required for us to begin to get profitable and get our costs in line with our revenues.  Pam handles difficult situations in a professional manner and delivers hard messages with compassion and dignity.

Employee Nominated: Joe Sanchez

ISC Education Support

People, Customers, Principles, & Community Matter to Joe.  This month the ESS team switched completely over to C12 and away from ConnectWise.   Joe remained in contact with all of our clients while going through the change over and simultaneously keeping all his agents happy and cared for. No matter how busy he is, he always has time to meet with an agent and discuss issues whether internal or external.

Since becoming supervisor, Joe has grown as an agent in general.  Now that he has experience with all groups in the Wichita office, he has been an asset to all teams when the need arises.

Employee Nominated: William Bradford
ISC Core Wichita

William shows customers matter by always engaging the customers and going the extra mile to resolve issues. He has created and maintained a good working relationship with all the Core Wichita customers.

William shows people matter by being available to agents to answer questions and to help them improve their job performance. He is vital to the training of new agents and is always available to answer questions or give advice to help agents resolve tough issues.

William was able to attain his Microsoft Office 2010 Certification this quarter. He is continually being giving Kudos and great customer feedback. Colonial Savings in particular just sent an email expressing how much they appreciate all his hard work.

Employee Nominated: Patrick Mandazou
ISC: Sonic Automotive

Customers truly matter to Patrick.  He consistently goes above and beyond to assist, including working longer hours when needed and responding to messages during his days off even though he is not required to in his position. He makes a difference and is a great associate to work alongside of.

He has taken more of a leadership role since the departure of a team leader from the Charlotte office earlier this year and has become an invaluable part  of the team supporting a key Sonic initiative  for the trade center application.

Employee Nominated: LIM/Berry Technicians (Averill Atnip; Carrie Frisk; Chiae Wilder; Dan Soccorsi; Donald Hites; Joseph Powell; Kevin C. Lulloff; Kristine Carsner; Robert Redmon; Ryan Murphy; Stephen Wilkins; Todd Key; Will Williams)
